Fossil Branco 2019 is a still white wine made with Arinto (45%), Fernao Pirez (45%) and Gouveio (10%) grapes produced in the southernmost part of the DOC Lisboa. The Vale da Capucha company works biodynamically, without the addition of artificial additives, with fermentations in steel, cement and barrels and at least 18 months of aging. The clay-limestone soil rich in marine fossils contributes to the oceanic sip and the 2019 vintage has an alcohol content of 13.5% vol. Available in 75cl format.
