Maneterra Farm - Vermentino Colli di Luni DOC 2023

Maneterra is in Liguria, in Castelnuovo Magra in the province of La Spezia.

Claudio Felisso's company is young and sensitive to today's issues related to quality and respect for what is produced, it was founded in 2016 in Liguria, after various experiences and oenological training in France, Chile and Italy, with the idea of ​​producing healthy and good wines from organically grown grapes and with the least possible use of chemical products, both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
It all starts with Vermentino: the grape that Claudio believes best represents Liguria. The union of grapes from three vineyards at the same altitude but with different exposures, for a total extension of about one hectare, gives birth to the only wine produced by Maneterra, relying for the moment on the nearby cellar of Pascale Francesca di Fosdinovo.
Pressing of whole grapes, decanting and fermentation at a controlled temperature and then refining for 5 months in steel on the fine lees.

A very juicy and easy-drinking wine, a very good Vermentino.
