An Amarone della Valpolicella without international vines and made from 45% Corvina, 30% Corvinone, 20% Rondinella and 5% Croatina. The grapes are carefully and attentively selected and left to dry for about 4 months on wooden trays in a well-ventilated area.
Aged in oak for 4 years.
Low sugar residue: 5 g/litre.
Enveloping without being obsequious, persistent and silky.
