Tenuta l'Armonia - “Bolla” Vecchie Vigne Classic Method Sparkling Wine Pas Dosè
Tenuta l'Armonia is located in the province of Vicenza and was founded in 2010 by Andrea Pendin who, as a self-taught winemaker, after a degree in Gastronomic Sciences and after meetings and journeys in Italy and France, began to give his interpretation to the volcanic soils on which his vineyards stand.
Volcanic personality, like the soils on which the estate's vineyards rest, with a careful zoning process identifies three types of volcanic soils in the area (volcanic calcareous / volcanic tuffaceous / volcanic basaltic). Andrea gives voice to these differences with different labels and sometimes even successful experiments that reveal some limited edition releases.
Mainly native vines, such as Durella and Garganega, but there is also a percentage of Chardonnay.
The labels produced range from macerated wines to sparkling wines and classic method sparkling wines capable of pleasantly surprising those who taste them, whether it is a drink with friends or a real tasting.
Sparkling wine obtained from local white grapes from vines at least 60 years old.
"Bolla" is a classic method sparkling wine obtained from native grapes of the province of Vicenza.
The wine is obtained from a base harvest of the year to which 30% of perpetual wines from 2014 are added.
The secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle and it is subsequently disgorged after at least 36 months on its own yeasts.
Unfiltered and unstabilized.
