Kohl fruit juices originate on the Renon plateau, 900 meters above Bolzano, where apples ripen slowly thanks to a unique microclimate of sunny days and cool nights. In this pristine setting, the Kohl family business passionately cultivates select varieties of apples and other fruits to produce natural, elegant, and intensely aromatic juices.

Each bottle contains the fruit in its purest form: Only fresh, cold-pressed fruit , no added sugars, no water, no concentrates, and no flavorings. The manufacturing process is minimal but precise, designed to enhance the uniqueness of the raw material and preserve all its organoleptic qualities.

The result is a clear or slightly cloudy juice, with a harmonious structure, capable of elegantly accompanying any moment of the day: from breakfast to a gourmet meal, to a non-alcoholic aperitif.
