San Dionigi – Sangiovese Parcella 341 2024 Veneto IGT

A pure Sangiovese from a tiny 2,700 m² plot in Valpolicella. Grown organically on limestone-rich soils, spontaneously fermented, and aged in raw concrete tanks.
Light ruby in color, with aromas of black cherry, mulberry, wild herbs and mineral notes. On the palate, fresh acidity, soft yet precise tannins and a dry, savory finish.
Pair with: light meats, pork, mild cheeses, mushroom-based dishes. Serve at 14–16 °C, ideally after one hour in a decanter.
Cellaring: 8–10 years.
