Watercolor Rice

Acquerello Rice is produced in Livorno Ferrais in the Vercelli area within the beautiful Tenuta Rondolino.

Particularly well-known in haute cuisine, Acquerello rice is a more nutritious, tastier and healthier Carnaroli.

The process that follows the grain begins with the helix: a delicate process that slowly whitens the grain, leaving it intact.

Secondly, the grain is refined in refrigerated silos for at least a year and this allows the starch to be refined.

Finally, the bud is reabsorbed into the grain through a patented method: this gives a white rice with nutritional values ​​equal to brown rice.
