Portofino Dry Gin is made with a combination of traditional and innovative methods at the same time.
On one hand, a copper still is used, on the other a Rotavapor, which is used for vacuum distillation and guarantees the preservation of the organoleptic characteristics of the botanicals used.
The bottle depicts the houses of the village of Portofino, which with its 382 inhabitants is the smallest municipality in the metropolitan area of the Ligurian Riviera.
