The peel and stone are intentionally left on: this is the authentic signature of local tradition and gives the fruit a more intense and natural flavor.

The process is entirely artisanal: harvested at dawn, hand-selected, cooked minimally, and a light syrup prepared on the spot. The result is a clean, honest product, made just as it once was.
