Petricor - Taggiasca Olive Pâté 190g

A delicious olive pâté obtained only with the best Taggiasca olives selected and hand-picked. After a month of washing with only water and fermentation in brine with thyme and bay leaves, the olives are pressed and preserved with our Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil.
