I Contadini 's seasoned pitted Leccine olives are made from select olives grown in Salento, harvested when fully ripe and handcrafted. After a natural desiccating process, they are pitted and seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chili pepper, and a blend of Mediterranean herbs.
The result is a flavorful yet balanced product, with soft flesh and moderate saltiness. Ideal as an appetizer, in salads, or as an accompaniment to white meats and cheeses.
