Langhe Nebbiolo from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. Fermentation in cement barrels, spontaneous by indigenous yeasts and malolactic always by indigenous bacteria in wooden barrels.

1000/1600 litre wood for 18 months.

Of great finesse and elegance, with an almost unique drinkability.
