Barbera d'Alba DOC produced by the Ferdinando Principiano winery of Monforte d'Alba from 100% Barbera grapes.

Artisanal production: fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel and 20 days of maceration followed by at least 10 months of refinement in steel tanks.

Floral and with a good fresh shoulder on the palate, with a convincing sip.
