The classic semi-carbonic maceration of Beaujolais for 10-20 days is followed by spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel.

The wine ages in used 216-litre oak barrels for nine months.

We are in Villié Morgon, in the heart of the Beaujolais region between Burgundy and Rhône. Domaine Marcel Lapierre was founded at the turn of the century and has been passed down from generation to generation.
