The 2015 vintage Champagne by Louis Roederer is an expression of the Maison’s own La Montagne vineyard. Obtained from Pinot Noir grapes from the Montagne de Reims, grown on the first vineyards purchased in Verzy in 1841, on soils rich in molar stones exposed to the north-east and Chardonnay from Chouilly. Intense and generous, complex and vertical with a beautiful structure.
After a refinement of at least 4 years on the yeasts, a rest period of at least 6 months follows.
