Louis Roederer - Brut Nature 2015 Philippe Starck

This is a champagne made from grapes from the La Rivière vineyard in Cumières. The grapes come from three plots with different characteristics and the blend is composed of 46% Chardonnay, 37% Pinot Noir and 17% Pinot Meunier.

These wines are aged in wood for 23%, and malolactic is not carried out. This, combined with the dosage of 0 g/L makes the Champagne even more tense and vibrant.

The grapes are picked on the same day and pressed together, all from the same vintage, without blending that could alter the expression of the vintage. In the background we see a delicate and respectful approach in the vineyard and in the cellar, with the aim of preserving the purity of the grapes to deliver a taut, vibrant and broad champagne, capable of carrying with it the terroir of Crumières.
