Lallier - Champagne Réflexion R019 Brut

Lallier's Réflexion collection was created to give expression to the various vintages, producing Brut Non-Vintage each year with a unique character, interpretive of the vintage. This R.019 cuvée comes mostly from the 2019 harvest (88% of the blend), from over 50 crus from the Côte del Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marine and Côte del Bar. The remaining 12% of the blend is made up of reserve wines from the 2018 and 2012 harvests.

The blend is 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay.

Minimum 36 months on the lees and dosage of 8 g/L. Champagne R.019 rests 3 months in the bottle after disgorging.
