An elegant and structured red wine, produced in limited quantities.
Lessona DOC is a red wine made with 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown on soil rich in marine sand, silt and clay, at 390 metres above sea level.
The grapes are harvested manually in crates and fermentation is followed by maceration of the wine with the skins for about twenty days. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in wood.
The wine ages for 22 months in large and small wood and 11 months in the bottle before being put on the market.
