La Prevostura - Coste della Sesia DOC 2020 "Muntacc"

A red wine obtained from 85% Nebbiolo and 15% Vespolina grapes grown on soils rich in marine sand, silt and clay. The harvest is manual in crates, while the fermentation takes place in steel and follows a 20-day maceration. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in steel.

It is then refined in large and small wood barrels for 16 months, and then rests for 9 months in the bottle before being put on the market.
