iContadini - Paté Bomba from Salento
It is a paté of spicy cornetto peppers, which are grown on our farm at the end of May and harvested manually from August to October. They are washed, selected, de-stemmed, cut into rounds and matured in salt for a short period.
Ingredients:
- hot peppers (50%),
- sunflower seed oil,
- sweet peppers (10%),
- dried tomatoes,
- extra virgin olive oil,
- apple cider vinegar,
- whole salt,
- lemon juice.
ORIGIN OF TOMATO: ITALY.
