Engine - Gin Caroni Edition 43°

Engine Caroni celebrates the history of Caroni, the rum from the island of Trinidad.

The Caroni distillery was in operation from 1918 to 2003. From its closure to 2004 the barrels remained undisturbed in the distillery, which was rediscovered in 2004 and saw its barrels emptied and the rediscovery of Rum, creating the myth of Caroni.

Engine Caroni is a limited edition created through the collaboration between Luca Gargano, owner of Velier, and Dalla Mora, creator of Engine.

Aged in a Caroni barrel that contained Caroni 1998, Engine acquires a new complexity and a new taste.

Format: 700 ml

Alcohol content: 42% vol.

Engine is a handcrafted distilled gin (42% vol.) created in small batches and manually bottled in Alta Langa. The idea was born from Paolo Dalla Mora, an entrepreneur in the fashion and alcohol sector.

Alta Langa Sage, Sicilian Lemon, Calabrian Licorice Root, Piedmontese Damask Rose and essential oils. The juniper used is Tuscan, the alcohol used is wheat alcohol.
