Spontaneous fermentation in steel with 40 days of maceration on the skins. Followed by 6 months in steel and 30 months in large barrels before bottling.

Dense and juicy with great potential to age and reveal itself over the years.

The Fenocchio family is an emblem in Monforte, especially when it comes to Bussia. Giacomo Fenocchio began bottling wine in the 1960s and today his son Claudio continues the company, with great attention to contemporary issues such as environmental sustainability, without forgetting tradition.
