Rhaetian Dossi - Rhaetian Alps IGT Fog in the Valley

The red wine Nebbia in Valle is a blend of 95% Nebbiolo with a small percentage of local vines that best expresses the character of mountain Nebbiolo. A full-bodied wine, but easy to drink, obtained from old vines, spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts and maceration. The aging in wooden barrels softens the tannin and prepares it perfectly without hiding the expressiveness of the vines.

Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Dossi Retici was born in the 2000s thanks to Bruno Cedaro, who grows Nebbiolo and other native grapes on the southern Valtellina side of the Alps.

Bruno cultivates the land in the best possible way, trying to create a balance between environment, vine and winemaker, in a Valtellina where between terraces and slopes that offer incredible landscapes, viticulture is difficult, heroic, but full of satisfaction.
