Domain Schaller - Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2022

From 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in steel and malolactic completed. Fresh and easy to drink, the sip is frank, surrounded by a silky tannin.

The Schaller company was founded in 2014, but the family's roots are peasant and among the cultivation of other crops there has always been an interest in vine growing.

Since 2009, after completing his studies in Oenology, Camille decided, supported by his father, to put the production of his own wine at the center of the family business.

We are located around the village of Préhy, with an average age of vines of 30 years and 19 hectares of vineyards. Total production is around 50,000 bottles.
