Céline and Laurent Tripoz - Cremant de Bourgogne Nature

A Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in Loché-Macon.

The vinification takes place in steel and the wine rests on the lees for at least 12 months before disgorgement. It is a zero dosage.

Céline and Laurent Tripz cultivate 11 hectares of vineyards in the AOC Cremant de Bourgogne, 80% Chardonnay, and the winery and vineyards have been biodynamic since the 2000s.

Sulphur dioxide is added only at the time of bottling in minimal quantities, fermentations are spontaneous by indigenous yeasts.
