Evening Coast of the Tobacconists - Riccardo Rinaldi

We are in Suno, in the Alto Piemonte area, where for legal reasons with its namesake, the white grape variety grown in the area cannot be called by its real name (Erbaluce) on the label and therefore on the various white wines made from this wine in Alto Piemonte, there are imaginary names or names evocative of the area. “Costa di Sera” because the vineyard faces the sunset and Tabacchei identifies the area in which it is located.
A fresh white wine, with good acidity and a herbaceous note to accompany it. Simple but wholesome and perfect for any aperitif.
