Clairin Casimir 8 Récolte 2020 54.3° - 70cl

Clairin Casimir is produced in the village of Barradères, about eight hours from the capital: the last frontier of coffee, cocoa and Clairin. Faubert Casimir uses sugar cane of the Hawaii variety, the same one that comes from the Far East. Pure juice and wild fermentation in wooden vats, with the addition of local herbs, including anise and lemongrass. This eighth version comes from the 2020 harvest.
