The Alpe Pragas Blackberry and Pear Compote combines the aromatic richness of wild blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) with the velvety sweetness of ripe pear , creating a perfect balance between acidity and softness.

Made without added sugars and artificial additives , it is a compote that best expresses the “Finest Fruits” philosophy: the purity of the fruit, enhanced by careful and respectful processing.
The fruits, selected and delicately cooked, are pasteurized using a natural method , so as to maintain the nutritional properties and freshness of the final product intact.
