The “Christmas Dream” Fruit Compote encapsulates all the warmth and scent of the holidays.
Apples, oranges, and clementines blend with rose hips and lemon juice, while cinnamon and cloves add spicy, harmonious notes reminiscent of South Tyrolean Christmas sweets.

Like all Alpe Pragas preparations, this compote is also handcrafted in Braies , in the heart of the Dolomites, with natural ingredients and low-temperature processing to preserve the aroma and color.

Perfect for refining desserts, yogurt, tarts or blue cheeses , it is a compote that brings with it the magic of Christmas, in a balance of sweetness, citrus and spices.
