The Alpe Pragas “Winter Dream” Fruit Compote encapsulates the warmth and scents of the holidays: red fruits, spices and a touch of rum for a refined and enveloping flavour, ideal for desserts, yoghurt or warm bread.

A perfect combination of red fruits, apples and citrus fruits , enriched with winter spices and a hint of rum : the “Winter Dream” Fruit Compote is a creation that smells of home and tradition.

Raspberries, redcurrants, cranberries and apples combine with orange juice to create a fruity, lively base, enhanced by cinnamon and cloves , which add body and complexity.
A light touch of rum (0.8%) elegantly completes the recipe, without overpowering the freshness of the fruit.

Like all Alpe Pragas preparations, this compote is also handcrafted , with delicate cooking at low temperatures to preserve aromas and vitamins.
Perfect for refining desserts, yogurt or simply toasted bread , but also paired with Christmas desserts and mature cheeses.
