The original Tiri recipe with 3 phases of dough, 72 hours of processing and the combination of the sweet taste of Caramel and Chocolate, accompanied by a hint of Cervia Salt, combined for an incomparable flavor.

Ingredients: wheat flour , caramel chocolate (29%) (cocoa butter, sugar, milk whole powder, milk skimmed powder, whey milk , emulsifier: lecithin soy , natural vanilla flavour), butter , sugar, fresh egg yolks Category A from free-range hens, natural sourdough ( wheat ), orange paste (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar), honey, salted caramel (5%) (sugar, milk , butter , salt), salt, malt , natural vanilla pods from Madagascar.
May contain traces of dried fruit in shell ( almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios ) , milk, sesame .
