Cascina Baricchi - Et Voilà Classic Method

A classic method sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in Neviglie by Cascina Baricchi.

In the cellar: after soft pressing, the wine begins a slow fermentation at a controlled temperature of 22°C and is then transferred to stainless steel tanks where it rests for 6 months.

In the April following the harvest it is bottled, where it remains for 72 months.

A classic method with very fine perlage, on the nose it focuses on notes of citrus, bergamot and sage, while on the palate it is savoury, fresh and vibrant.
