The Sbrisolotto biscuit was born from the idea of transforming a traditional rustic cake—the famous sbrisolona—into an artisanal biscuit to be enjoyed any time. At Fermentum, it's made with stone-ground corn flour, wheat flour, fresh butter, eggs, and plenty of whole almonds. No preservatives, no artificial flavors, just simple, carefully crafted ingredients.
