The Cantucci with Pistachios and Almonds from the Antonio Mattei biscuit factory represent one of the most popular versions of the historic Prato biscuit recipe. Made in the Prato bakery with select ingredients, they combine the sweetness of almonds with the intense, slightly savory note of pistachios.
