Fermentation with natural yeasts with semi-submerged cap maceration for 22 - 38 days followed by aging in Slavonian oak barrels for at least 4 years and refinement for at least one year in the bottle.

A very structured and elegant wine that takes a characteristic light spicy note from the cru it comes from and is immediately enjoyable, even if it benefits from careful aging.
