A red wine made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes.

The fermentation is followed by a long maceration lasting more than 100 days.

The refinement takes place in wooden vats, barrels, cement and in the bottle for 15 months.

The vine is a plant that has little to do with convenience. So much so that it grows best on slopes where man struggles to climb, where man is required to apply all his ingenuity and willpower at his disposal to succeed in raising it.

Valtellina is one of those places where, on the Rhaetian side, the exposure and particular characteristics have favored the success of a true work of wine art.

Kilometers of dry stone walls where every operation is carried out by hand and with great effort by those who choose to be winemakers in this area, where you cannot work with machinery.

Yet passion wins once again and the mountain Nebbiolo in Valtellina gives results of incredible elegance and power.

ARPEPE is the story of a family and of Valtellina itself through generation and generation, up to the current sixth, who with dedication and passion grow Nebbiolo on these slopes and contribute to the maintenance of an astonishing landscape as well as to the creation of authentic wines that only time can best package.
