Ancient Cellars Migliaccio - Lazio IGT “Fieno di Ponza” White 2022

“Fieno di Ponza” is a still white wine, made with Biancolella and Forastera grapes vinified in steel at a controlled temperature in a limited edition of about 5000 bottles. Dry, with great flavor and freshness.

Antiche Cantine Migliaccio was born in the 2000s on the suggestive Island of Ponza, in particular in the Punta Fieno plot, very difficult to reach: only through a 40 minute walk and not so easy. This has preserved the place that is still uncontaminated today.
The farm preserves tradition while embracing new technologies to obtain a product as stable as possible and preserve its characteristics.
