Alessandra Divella - "Clò Clò" Classic Method Rosè

"Clò Clò" by Alessandra Divella is a classic method rosé sparkling wine produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes vinified in used barriques, where the wine ages before being bottled and remaining on the lees for at least 42 months. A full zero dosage, enveloping on the nose and sharp on the palate.

Alessandra Divella is a young winemaker from Gussago, in the Franciacorta area, on the hilly strip that includes Monticelli Brusati.

Divella's are micro-vinifications, with spontaneous fermentations and indigenous yeasts.

The grapes used for the production of classic method sparkling wines are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and the vinification takes place in cement, barrique and tonneau.

The sparkling wines produced are all zero-dosage and remain on the lees for 2 to 5 years.
