Alessandra Divella - Blanc de Blancs zero dosage
Alessandra Divella - Blanc de Blancs zero dosage
Alessandra Divella’s Blanc de Blancs is a crisp and taut classic method sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown at 400 meters above sea level, on soils rich in fossils. Fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts and before being bottled the wine ages in oak tonneaux.
The rest on the yeasts is at least 30 months.
Alessandra Divella is a young winemaker from Gussago, in the Franciacorta area, on the hilly strip that includes Monticelli Brusati.
Divella's are micro-vinifications, with spontaneous fermentations and indigenous yeasts.
The grapes used for the production of classic method sparkling wines are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and the vinification takes place in cement, barrique and tonneau.
The sparkling wines produced are all zero-dosage and remain on the lees for 2 to 5 years.
